GoSaaS, Inc. (Wilmington, DE) needs a Senior Business Analyst:
Document the flow and technical requirements by the customer based on their current business practices and application suite in use. Lead the implementation of the Oracle Cloud PLM Application as per the requirements gathered in the discovery sessions with the customer. Customize the application in BPM, create reporting dashboards and lead the functional design of integrations and customizations involved in the project by collaborating with the other team members. Expand the horizon of the implementation to other modules within Oracle Cloud included but not limited to Innovation Management, Quality Management, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and/or Inventory Management, based on solution designed. Work with the other GoSaaS delivery centers to maximize the coverage and support the global business testing cycle for the customer. Perform regression testing, validations and prepare functional requirement specifications, technical requirement specifications and testing plan for the solution designed and implemented for the customer. Support the testing and enhancement requests that shall come up during the course of or after the go- live of the project. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within the U.S. only is required. Exact client site location and frequency cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related, any engineering.
Experience: 2 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Competitive Intelligence Analyst, Dats Analyst or related.
Special Requirements: Must be Oracle Certified Specialist and Oracle Certified Professional.
