Zack Lockhart has over 6 years of experience in transportation and logistics consulting, specializing in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). His experience in OTM implementation extends upon various industries; including manufacturing, chemicals, and homebuilding. His extensive knowledge in OTM configuration covers the full lifecycle from planning to execution across all OTM modules. He successfully designed and implemented custom integrations between OTM and third-party tools such as Omnitracs. His reach extends into designing and implementing EDI integrations between OTM and third-party EDI companies, as well as having proficiency in creating comprehensive design documents, interface mappings, and client-specific technical solutions. He’s a strong communicator and collaborator, bridging technical and functional domains effectively; has maintained long-term working relationships with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams — and is passionate about solving complex business challenges and contributing to project success through technical expertise.

As a longtime member of the OTM ecosystem, he has contributed to the success of the OTM Special Interest Group (SIG), strengthening industry connections and driving innovation.
